The University of South Dakota Dental Hygiene Department will be visiting Worthing Elementary on February 13th and Lennox Schools on February 14th, 20th, and 21st. They will be seeing students during school hours in their portable dental office. They will provide free dental screenings. They also offer dental sealants, fluoride treatments, teeth cleanings, and x-rays for a fee. Parent consent is required. If you would like your child to receive any of these services, please fill out the attached parent permission form and return it to the school office by Friday, February 9th.
