The University of South Dakota Dental Hygiene Department will be visiting Lennox Schools on February 3rd, 4th, and 10th, and Worthing Elementary on February 11th. They will be seeing students during school hours in their portable dental office. They will provide free dental screenings. They also offer dental sealants, teeth cleanings, fluoride treatments, and x-rays for a fee. Parent consent is required.
If you would like your child to receive any of these services, please fill out the attached parent permission form and return it to the school office by Friday, January 30th.
