The South Dakota Department of Health will be providing free flu shots to children aged 3-18 on Wednesday, October 19th. If you would like your child to receive a flu shot at school, please return the attached consent form to school by Friday, October 14th. If your child attends afternoon preschool in Lennox and you would like your child to receive a flu shot, please bring them to Lennox Elementary by 9:15 am on Wednesday, October 19th.
They will be at the following locations on October 19th:
Lennox Elementary/Intermediate- 8:00-10:00
Worthing Elementary- 9:00-10:00
Junior High/High School- 10:30-12:00
