February 12 – Parent-Teacher Conferences (1-9pm)                                                  February 13 and 16 - No School     

8^th Grade Parents – There will be an information session at 6pm on the night of parent teacher conferences regarding high school class registration. Mr. Breske and I will be presenting on topics such as the daily schedule, graduation requirements, and course offerings. If you are unable to attend, a copy of the presentation will be sent to all 8^th grade parents. 8^th grade students will go through the same presentation as well. Additionally, when it comes time for registering, Mr. Breske and Mr. Allison will walk all students through the steps and check for accuracy.

The University of South Dakota Dental Hygiene Department will be visiting Lennox Schools on February 3rd, 4th, and 10th and Worthing Elementary on February 11th.  They will be seeing students during school hours in their portable dental office.  They will provide free dental screenings, dental sealants, and fluoride treatments.  They also offer teeth cleanings and x-rays for a fee. Parent consent is required. If  you would like your child to receive any of these services, please fill out the parent permission form (Sent in a separate email) and return it to the school office by Friday, January 30th.   Consent forms are also available at your school's office. If you have questions about the services the USD Delta Dental Hygiene Outreach Program provides, please call the Delta Dental Oral Health Center at 605-658-5959 or email them at dh@usd.edu.

     Junior High – Students may not use cell phones during the school day.  Phones must be

kept in lockers throughout the day.  They may not be used at lunches or during study

halls.

     High School – Students must place cell phones in the storage compartment in each

classroom during class-time.  Students may not have cell phones in restrooms or locker

rooms. High School students may use phones at lunch and during passing periods, but

not during study halls, SRB, etc.
