HS Class Registration for 23-24 – Informational Parent Meeting at 7pm in the Cafeteria on February 16, during PT Conferences.

Governor’s Camp

2023 STEAM Summer Camp for Students entering 6th-9th grade. See Flyer on page 7.  https://www.usd.edu/educationcamp

Free, online tutoring available for K-12 students. South Dakota students and families can access a new, online tutoring program, staffed by college students who are preparing to become teachers. The Dakota Dreams Online Tutoring Program offers FREE online tutoring to K-12 students across the state. One-on-one tutoring sessions can help students with their homework, tackle specific trouble areas, and address broader educational concepts. Please note: In order to access the service, parents or guardians must register their students, not the school.

The USD Dental Hygiene team will be in Lennox on Feb. 8th, 14th, and 15th. We will have them set up at either the Elementary or Intermediate school. See forms below for more information (pages 2-3)

The Sioux Empire Home Builders Care Foundation is now accepting applications for its high school scholarship program (scholarship application is attached). The Care Foundation will be awarding multiple $1,000 scholarships for graduating hgh school seniors who will be attending a technical college, or university and major in a home building industry related field of study. Scholarship recipients must reside in the service areas of Lincoln, McCook, Minnehaha or Turner counties.
