Congratulations to Mrs. Mikkelsen for being nominated as our Staff of the Week. She was nominated for working hard on leveling her spiral reviews to ensure she is reaching students at their level. Mrs. Mikkelsen is in her 2nd year at LWC Intermediate teaching 6th grade Reading. She is in her 18th year as an educator.
One of the reasons Mrs. Mikkelsen loves teaching in the Lennox School is being close to her two kids. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys anything involving sports, yoga, and cooking. Mrs. Mikkelsen's favorite book is The Outsiders, and her favorite quote is, "Character is what you do when we think no one is watching.
