
The Lennox High School girls’ tennis team finished their season at the State Tennis tournament in Rapid City on Oct. 7th and 8th.


Theater faculty and students from USF came to teach the drama students old age makeup on Saturday morning. They had a lot of fun trying it out on each other.

The annual Zoo Boo is on October 27!


The Oriole Pride Marching Band ended their 2024 season at Youth in Music. Out of 11 amazing bands, we placed 4th in Class A!









Last week several Lennox firefighters visited Lennox junior kindergarten and kindergarten to talk about fire safety. We appreciated them taking the time to come and visit our classrooms.





The Lennox HS Art Club has completed their work on the city snow plows. Looks great! Hopefully they won't be used much this year!


The afternoon Early Childhood preschool went to "The Harvest" to learn all about pumpkins and how they grow! They loved to help participate with learning the process of how a pumpkin grows and touching and feeling all the different kinds of pumpkins and gourds.



Lennox Elementary was recognized at the Teacher of the Year banquet in Pierre for being named one of the 2024 National Blue Ribbon Schools. Our staff will be also recognized at a ceremony in Washington, DC in November. Congratulations to our staff, students, and community!




Aasheim family farms was kind enough to bring pumpkins for our junior kindergarten class!

The Lennox HS band had a great day at the Pursuit of Excellence competition this last weekend! Lennox brought home 1st place in the Gold Class and Best Music GE, Visual GE, Woodwinds, Brass, Concert Percussion, Battery Percussion, and Color Guard! Great job students!

JH science classes are doing their edible cell projects!








Students in 3rd and 4th grade had the opportunity to learn about design, construction, and operations of robots. Exploration in robotics will continue one time each month this semester.

The following students from the Senior High Choir were selected as SD All-State Choir representatives and alternates. It was an extremely competitive audition with 24 of the 63 students in the Senior High Choir auditioning for 8 All-State positions and 4 alternate positions. Congratulations to all!
