
Congratulations to Nate Collette for making it as 1st chair trumpet in this year’s All-State Orchestra!


Members from The Lennox Volunteer Fire Department visited Lennox Elementary this morning to discuss fire safety with the students. The students even had the opportunity to practice crawling through the Fire Safety House. Thank you to the fire department and the firefighters!



Braylon Hostetler had the opportunity to hunt with Governor Noem. Braylon serves as a volunteer for Wings of Valor and has worked with U.S. Veterans as a volunteer hunting guide since Wings of Valor opened. Thank you for volunteering your time Braylon! Congratulations!


The JK class, along with Mr. Hinker and Mrs. Shade's life skill class and high school mentor, enjoyed a perfect fall day to take a walk and find different leaves to compare and count - they also took a quick break to enjoy the park.





Scoutie of the Week- Journey Noisy Hawk
Journey is really playing good football right now. He's very strong and is starting to set a firm mental edge in his football game too. Journey has worked very hard this year and his efforts are showing up. Great work Journey!


Senior, Caleb Wipf, competed at the State Golf Tournament. He shot an 84 on Monday, 80 on Tuesday, and placed 28th overall. Good job, Caleb!


What an end to our season! The Oriole Pride Marching placed third in Class AAA, and received best percussion and best drum majors!

The LHS marching band made it into finals at the Festival of Bands (10th place) and received the Spirit of the Festival award. Go Orioles!

Scoutie of the Week: Atticus Larson
Atticus has had a really good football season. He's hustling on the field and making plays. This week, he took a big step forward in his communication with his defensive teammates. Excellent job Atticus!


Lit. 3 class has been reading about the physical, emotional, & nutritional benefits that fishing provides. Last Thursday, students took to the school pond to cast a line to experience some of those benefits. While we did not catch anything, we enjoyed spending time together “Just Fishin”.
